If someone has the ';fear of the unknown';in his daily life what advice should be given to such person.

I have a friend he is always concious of everything around him because of these Fobia of '; Fear';(I dont know what the result will be).Going for a date, Interview or with friends---I mean everything he does!If someone has the ';fear of the unknown';in his daily life what advice should be given to such person.
If this fear is interfering with his or her daily activities, then your friend might consider seeing a psychiatrist. And if your friend can't afford one? Then a lot of self help books might be the answer. Most psychology majors I knew in college were trying to cure THEMSELVES of something anyway.

So if it works for them - maybe it will work for your friend.

My advice? EMBRACE YOUR FEAR. Do the things that scare you the most. Start with the little things - and work your way up.If someone has the ';fear of the unknown';in his daily life what advice should be given to such person.
Suck it up and get it done.
people like this have a very hard life to deal with...mental illness is an illness, just like anything else. I would suggest that he/she get help from a past life regressor. (I am not kidding, and I am not particularly a nut case). Often, unreasonable fears can be overcome if the root is found. Then again, he/she could just stay home forever more. Many do. OR, you cold take him to the town hall square, tie his butt up in public, and let him be terrified for the entire day. When nothing bad happens, he will either be dead or cured...sort of the sink or swim treatment (many sink, by the way)
Tell him to do one thing everyday that scares him, no matter how small. Eventually, the self confidence gained from doing the small things will help him overcome the fear of the bigger things.
your friend needs help... therapy
There is a book called ';Feel The Fear and Do It Anyway';. You may find it helpful.
try to occupy him or her with something that to don't think of the future, that to live for the moment
meditate
