What are the top three best bits of wisdom, or advice that have had a positive influence in your life?

My favourite bit of advice is to always use positive words to convey bad emotions. For example if someone is asking how your day is going... Instead of saying something like ';terrible'; or ';couldn't get any worse'; try saying ';it could be better';. The word ';better'; somehow, if only slightly, implants a glimmer of hope in your brain.


If you are having an ok day never respond with ';not bad';. This is for the same, but opposite reason as before with the word ';bad'; having a negative effect on the train of thought. If you are feeling positive, respond positively. If not, respond with a hopeful answer/attitude.


With a positive attitude, anything seems achievable.What are the top three best bits of wisdom, or advice that have had a positive influence in your life?

1. Never play cards with a man named after a city.


2. Never trust a woman with a name that rhymes with a body part.


3. Never try to milk a bull, it's dangerous and it annoys the bull.
What you do is what you get.


It reminds me of this saying every time I get late fee added onto my credit card debt for being lazy...

always take responsibility for your actions, always look a person in the eye when you talk to them, never eat yellow snow
